The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is an international self-development program for all people aged 14 to 25. The award is non-competitive and encourages young people to set and achieve goals. Self motivation is fundamental to the award and there is no set standard to achieve. The criterion for gaining an award is an individual improvement based on each participants starting point and potential.

Queensland Group is offering cadets the Duke of Edinburgh Award Adventurous Journey bronze level and Fieldcraft 3 hike. This hike is for participants in the Duke of Ed Award program who need to complete the Adventurous Journey aspect.
